Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, and other major household appliances
• Accurately identify issues using electrical and mechanical troubleshooting techniques
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and respect
• Document repairs thoroughly and accurately
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicles
• Support and encourage fellow technicians by sharing knowledge and leading by example
• Uphold company standards of quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction

What You'll Do

Working alongside experienced technicians, you'll learn how to:

• Diagnose and repair major household appliances

• Use professional tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively

• Read wiring diagrams and technical documentation

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems

• Communicate professionally with customers

• Document repairs accurately and thoroughly

• Maintain company tools, equipment, and work areas

• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and excellence

Requirements

• Valid driver's license

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds

• Ability to work in a physically active environment

• Ability to commute to or relocate to Lake Charles, LA before your start date
